Q:- Do you provide warranty
As:- Yes we do provide standard 1 year warrany on our product.
Q: Do you Provide motor & VFD as a part of standard package
Ans:- Except for USA & Canada we ship our products with motor & VFD as a part of prefered package. Since USA & Canada has electrical system quite different from ours we provide them with IEC 90S or 90L, orNEMA 56 or 56H motor backing plate with drive wheel appropriate for motor shaft.
Q:-How about after sale Service?
Ans: We ship spare parts i.e aluminium wheels incase of machine breakdown so that our customers experience hassle free ownership & increase productivity
Q:where to get grinding Belts
Ans:- Grinding belts are widely available in local hardware store, & online stores like amazon etc. As a part of recurring demad we will ship belts both ceramic & Aluminium Oxide in various grits through Oxtusk.com & our Amazon seller account so that procurement of belts could be easy.
Q: Domestic Shipping
Ans:- we take 15 days handling time after complete payment so we can dispatch your order. Shipping usually takes around 7 working days to reach final delivery. Customer can also opt to provide there own logisitics for shipment.
Q: International Shipping
Ans:- We take 15 to 30 days to dispatch your order. Note:- International shipment dispatch takes longer as there are certain regulations and procedure Involved, However to try our best to disptach product as soon as possible. Shipping time differs depending upon the location of the customer.
Q:- Payment terms
Ans: Local customer can pay via CC, Cheque, DD, wire transfer or cash.
International customer can pay via paypal. Incase the product is out of stock customer can pay 30% booking free (refundable) & 70% on dispatch.
